Unity Concert South Florida does not sell or fulfill tickets. All ticket purchases, refunds, exchanges, age policies, and venue rules are provided and enforced by Showpass, our ticketing platform. Please review Showpass's Terms of Service for all policies related to ticket purchases, including refunds, exchanges, age requirements, and transfer policies.
By attending the Unity Concert South Florida event, you agree to comply with all venue rules and regulations. The event organizers reserve the right to refuse admission or remove any person from the venue for any reason, including but not limited to disorderly conduct, violation of venue policies, or failure to comply with security requirements.
Flash photography is not permitted during performances. Professional photography equipment requires prior approval from event organizers. Unauthorized recording of performances may be prohibited and subject to legal action.
Attendance at the Unity Concert South Florida event is at your own risk. The event organizers, venue, and affiliated parties shall not be liable for any injury, loss, or damage to persons or property arising from attendance at the event, except to the extent caused by gross negligence or willful misconduct.
We are committed to providing a safe, respectful, and enjoyable experience for all attendees. All attendees are expected to conduct themselves in a manner that respects the rights and dignity of others. Disruptive behavior, harassment, or any form of discrimination will not be tolerated and may result in removal from the venue without refund.
The event organizers reserve the right to modify event details, including but not limited to performance times, lineup, or venue arrangements. In the event of cancellation or significant changes, ticket holders will be notified and refund policies will be handled by Showpass in accordance with their terms of service.
